FOUNDER AND CEO
Ms. Shabnam Nida Wazed is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of AGAM International. She has experience in stakeholder management focussed on global retail supply chain, legal and CSR consultancy, compliance and corporate governance. She has field experience in qualitative and quantitative research of RMG and Tea estate workers. She worked for geosansar as the Country head and initiated the launch of financial literacy training programme for the first time in Bangladesh. She completed MSc at King’s College London with merit, having previously completed LLB and LLM from Bristol law school, UWE.
Board
Mr. Nish Kotecha is the Chief Mentor of AGAM. He has been a pioneer of financial inclusion since 2006 and was founder of Geosansar. He is a graduate of the London School of Economics; He is the Deputy Chairman of the London Chamber of Commerce, Microfinance Club (UK) and Accion (Washington).
Mr. Rohit Sankhe is the Chief Technology Officer of AGAM. He is the Co-Founder and Director of NeoQuant, focused on BI, machine learning, BigData and analytics. He has proven track record in digital transformation and platform modernisation using data analytics, machine learning, cloud technology DevOps and Hybrid Solutions across industries.
Dr Alice Evans sits on the advisory board of AGAM. She is a Lecturer in the department of International Development at King's College London. She is also a Research Associate at Harvard, with previous appointments at Cambridge and the London School of Economics. She brings her expertise in research on globalisation and supply chain, gender inequality and social norms with ethnographic insights
Dr Richard Itaman sits on the advisory board of AGAM. He is a Lecturer in the Department of International Development at King’s College London, holding PhD in economics from School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS). He adds experience in finance from Barclay’s Bank and Microfinance banking in Nigeria and other emerging economies.
Tech Team in India
Mr. Darshan Tulsayan is an Agile Business Analyst/PO with AGAM. He specialises in agile digital transformation and product management, and considers every project to be a learning opportunity, hence enjoys diving into new domains and technologies. His academics comprise BSc in Information Technology from Mumbai University.
Ms. Snehal Ovhal is a Senior Frontend and Flutter Developer with AGAM. She has experience in developing native android, responsive web and cross-platform applications including analysis, design, testing & deployment of the application. She holds MCA from Mumbai University.
Mr. Pradeep Kandalgaonkar is a Senior Consultant and Solution Architect with AGAM. He has expertise providing digital solution based on web and mobile platform. Experienced in developing Web Apps, SPAs & APIs for Mobile Apps.
Ms. Sunanda Padawale is a Java Developer with AGAM. She has experience in designing and implementing java applications, developing and testing software, and resolving technical issues that arise. She holds BECS from Solapur University.
Ms. Poonam Jadhav is a Software Tester for AGAM. She has work experience in manual, API, load and performance testing for websites and device applications. She also has basic knowledge of automation testing. She completed BEIT from Jondhale College.
Mr. Jatin Kambli is a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer with AGAM. He has expertise in developing cross platform, microservice, implementation and provide strong backend solutioning for application. Experienced in developing Web Apps, SPAs & APIs for Mobile Apps.
Ms. Yogita Bhoknal is a Software Tester for AGAM. She has work experience in manual, API load and performance, device testing and also basic knowledge in automation testing. She has completed her MCA from D Y Patil Collage Pune, after graduating in BCA from Mumbai University.
Mr. Shekhar Surve is a UI Designer with AGAM. Has over 7 years of professional experience in design industry and specialized in creating custom app designs and development for insurance and ecommerce. Completed ATD from Sindhudurg Kala Mahavidyalay.
Team in Bangladesh
Mr. James Martin Biswas (শোভন) is an Assistant Manager, previously Sales Executive of AGAM. Before joining the team, he had worked with acclaimed local and foreign firms, ranging from marketing agency, financial institution, information technology & software to non-profit and entrepreneurial startups. Completed his BA in Business & Marketing Management from University of Sunderland.
Sadikul Islam (সাদিক) is an Operations Officer of AGAM. He has experience working as a Business Development Executive for 2 years in a renowned financial institution. Before that he was in a digital advertising firm and also in an ecommerce platform. He has completed MBA in Marketing from East West University as well as BBA in Marketing from North South University.
Mr. Tapos Chandro Das (নিলয়) is an Operations Officer of AGAM. He has over 6 years of working experience in operations, corporate support, general administration and customer relation management sectors. Completed his MBA in Operations and Supply Chain Management as well as BSc in EEE from American International University Bangladesh.
